The Arcan ALJ3T is a 3-ton aluminum service-jack model, but the model name alone does not resolve every specification found in older listings. Start with the revision supplied with the actual jack. ALJ3T, ALJ3TB and newer Arcan model numbers should not be treated as interchangeable.
Documented specifications and revision limits
The ALJ3T manual, revision 102413 lists a 3-ton capacity, a 3.63-inch minimum saddle height and a 19.38-inch maximum height. Its 58-pound figure is explicitly shipping weight, not a verified tool-only weight. These figures describe that manual revision, not every unit carrying a similar name.
Older values previously mixed into this review should not be used to establish fit. Ask the seller for the model label and matching manual before comparing a listing with these numbers.
What to check on your vehicle
A low saddle does not guarantee access to every sports car or lowered car. Check the chassis clearance, reach to the approved lifting point, handle movement and height needed for the stands. An aluminum body can matter for handling, but it does not by itself establish stability, durability or compatibility.

Safety and service considerations
This is a lifting-only tool. The manual requires appropriate vehicle support after lifting and inspection before use. It also restricts adapters; do not add an improvised saddle extension. Buying decision
The ALJ3T is worth comparing when its documented working range fits your vehicle and the seller can provide revision-specific support. Pause the purchase if model identification, condition, parts availability or warranty terms are unclear. A historic warranty statement is not proof of coverage for a current used or old-stock purchase.
